I had an account with Identity which i was owing i was told the account was reffered to NRb solutions (attorney) i paid an amout of R880.00 on the 29/04/2013 at Identity stores in Mabopane station, Pretoria Nrb then i was told by Nrb that i need to pay r187 more which i did then i was given a settlement letter By Lucky who was very helpful, i forwarded my letter to forschini group to update credit bureaux but i was told my account was handed over to real people i dont know who real people is and i should call them to ask if my account is up to date am so frustrated and really need assistance and identity call centres are useless
