I have been trying to get a settlement balance with a settlement discount between Identity and NRB Attorneys from Monday. I called Identity first and they referred me to call 0114946300 and I did this and got through to Sol who kept me waiting for ages and eventually said he would get back to me with an answer but never did. I managed to get through to a manager Puleng who also said the same thing and to date I have not recieved a response as yet. I called this morning again and got through to David who said the account is no longer with NRB and has been handed back to Identity and I need to get in touch with them directly and they will sort it out. Mind you my first step on Monday was to call Identity who then said the account is with NRB. I am sitting with a situation where I would like to settle my account in full however both insititutions are referring me from pillar to post and not providing me with an answer. I think this is shocking I have been on my cellphone for all these calls and this is merely to get a settlement balance on my account with a settlement discount as all other retailers have assisted me within minutes however I am stuck with getting no joy with Identity.
