Identity i know my account went into arrears well life happens, i did not predict that i will be going through what i went through. WOW then the RUDE calls started the people that call need customer service training. They talk to me like iam just nothing in they eyes, 1st call my sister answered she could harldy hear the lady she started screaming om my sister.2nd call gosh another rude one me working in customer service feel that is not the way to speak to the customer nomatter what the problem.3RD call Friday after I explained the lady on the 2nd call that i will pay Saturday. This one asked me what time will I make the payment and at what store, GOSH i will do it on my freaking time and will go where i wnt to and dropped the call.4th call this morning YOH rude as always when will theyy recieve payment i said i will pay Saturday and its Monday already. IDENTITY I HAVE PAYED THIS ACCOUNT SO WHY ARE U PEOPLE STILL CALLING ME WITH THOSE STINKING ATTITUDES OF THEM.I have other accounts and wow the people i spoke had so much manners and called me 1time not more then 3times. TAKE YOUR STAFF FOR TRAINING PLEASE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT U LOSING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF UR STAFF
