Good Day,

I am writing this on behalf of Naniki Mukangane who does not have access to a telephone, email and internet. A 13 piece comforter set from HomeChoice was delivered on the door step of Naniki Mukangane left to her 10 year old child. She did not order this item from HomeChoice and now they aredemanding payment from her. We called and emailed HomeChoice numerous times and did not get any joy from them. They are not willing to collect the goods from her house and have instructed Naniki (a tea lady) to corrier back the goods to their offices in Cape Town.

We told them the order belongs and was supposed to have been sent to NT (Ntokozo) ID 6804 05099 08086 who is in Eastern Cape and is still waiting for the order, her cell is 0762956068. I think they made a mistake and missed the last two ID digits of this Ntokozo which by some miracle belongs to Naniki. I've asked them to send a corrier person to collect the box from her house and they are refusing. They are a big company and can afford to that. Naniki does not have the money nor the resources to corrier the BIG parcel back to HomeChoice in CA. Please help her.
