Shocking service & overpricing

Yesterday I went to P&P Blysbridge to buy my groceries which cost me over R 1, 400.00.

As Im accustomed to overpricing at this specific branch of P&P, as I did my shopping I wrote the prices on the items I purchased.

When I got to the check-out counter & Unian started ringing up my groceries, the first mistake was picked up. Chicken livers are marked at R 13, 99 but rung up at R 14, 99. I know its not a lot of money but I would have been R3, 00 out of pocket.

Then I purchased 12 tins of P&P tuna at R10, 99 and it was rung up at R11, 99. Another R12, 00 out of pocket and then when the corrected prices were put through, I got charged for a extra tin of tuna which I didn't have. When I mentioned this to the floor manager Emma she proceeded to unpack my groceries as though I was a criminal to double check that I wasn't lying to her about my 12 tins of tuna and not the 13 I was charged for. I wasn't refunded the R10, 99. I was given the extra tin of tuna whether I wanted it or not.

The service in this store is a disgrace and every time I go there I have pricing problems. I only shop at P&P and because this store is convenient, parking at the door & close to my home.
