I don't mind doing things myself, but not if someone with and arrogant attitude helps me! The previous time I visited your store I couldn't believe what had happened, I bought my groceries but there was no one to pack my shopping bags- I had to do it myself because the teller said there is "No service at the till" - I mean, really???.. And today the same thing again!!! I bought all my groceries and the lady just gave me the bags. I then asked her where the packers where who was suppose to help her- and she said" They went home" - turned and carried on, not even attempting to assist me.
And once again the fresh produce in the store is in such a state, and non existent. There is barely ever proper stock of the food. You can not even find a can of tuna!!
This pic n pay use to be a great store, an example store. But lately it has only been a disgrace to say the least!!! The staff is incompetent and the store in a mess!
Please get your act together because you are quickly loosing your clients!!!
