Essentially, we found a shard of glass in a can of PnP No Name Tuna. There must have been more than one as our 3-year-old cut his finger on a 'piece of tuna' and my wife found a large shard in her mouth...
I would have thought this would cause alarm all around PnP, but we've had total silence since reporting it. In order to protect others I must insist on action from PnP both to ourselves as the victims here and to the general public.
Perhaps It's time I emailed that photo to the Cape Times?
