My mom Bought a lounge suite from UFO Motani Nero 3 piece. We had issues before with it and it was repaired. on the 15th May 2013, They came and collected the good. We had no response from anyone Until we went there and got told, they working on it. A month later my mom gets a call telling her that they will not repair the good as they are dirty.. Where have then been fro the past month to get dirty as they were clean when picked up from us???
