I do all my shopping at pick n pay as the shop is only about 200m away from where i stay. Every single month after doing groceries i have the same problem, prices on the shelves are different to the ones on the slip once i've paid for them
how many people check their slip after groceries to see if they've been charged correctly, not many yet every month i get charged incorrectly. sometimes R2, sometimes R20. not much but that's me, what about the other 1000s of people. stock is put in the wrong places so the pricing doesn't co-incide with the product above. e.g chicken nuggets and chicken steaklets=different price and always the more expensive by the cheaper price. if it happened once off or once in a long well no problem, but literally EVERY MONTH!!! and i'm sick of it. when you complain in the shop, you looked at weird cause you complaining about such little money, little as they know how often its probably happened to them. costs displayed on promotional hangers vary from the same item found on the shelf 2m away. Pass the buck attitude is frustrating and unacceptable.
