I placed and paid for an order online on the 12th already, and my order has not even been dispatched. Its an in-stock item, no pre-orders or anything, yet nobody has been ed to put it in a box and hand it to the courier, what kind of half-backed operation are you people running.
I sent an email in first thing this morning asking for feedback and nothing on that either. Do your staff actually do work when they are there or are you paying them to consume oxygen?
