Sealed meat black hair present

I purchased a sealed package of pork chops - vacuum packed - I put them into a clean frying pan and discovered a large black hair attached to the one side. This should not happen EVER.

secondly, I SPOKE with the manager regarding Fish products from the Pacific region e.g. Tuna tins.
He told me that they had a meeting regarding this and would take them off the shelves due to radiation - however 3 weeks later yesterday I still saw Tuna coming from Thailand on the shelves. PLEASE do not put people who dont know any better into the position of consuming dangerous goods or put up a POLICY DOCUMENT.
