I recently purchased a Tuna/Mayo sandwich from Tasha's Umhlanaga. The sandwich is priced at 47.00 rands. When I received the item, to my dismay, the content was just rye bread and tuna (mixed in mayo). My 6 year old nephew can make a sandwich exactly like that. So, I decided to call Tasha, and find out what content their Tuna/Mayo sandwich has (apart from the background noise) the call was ended by assmuming the manager. Disgusting! It seems people pay for the branding on their bags rather than the food itself. Like I said, my 6-year-old nephew can make a Tuna/Mayo sandwhich. Oh yes! I have ordered tuna/mayo sandwiches from other places and had better food content in them.
All-in-all, i have ordered from them before and the food was on par with my expectations, and I do EXPECT that their service remains consistent if not gets better. This is just one incident, but a single incident can ruin and empire. Do i have low expectations? Definately not! I have eaten in 5-star restaurants many times before.
