Edgars has freezed my account due to a dispute I have with them regarding FICA requirement. This was through no fault of myself but there Bellvile office. Frustrating every month my wife or I get stranded when making payments as this remains our liaibility despite we cannot purchase. This month we were not only stranded but rfuse by The CT office. As I do not want to be credit listed I persisted that my wife make payment on 8 June which she duly did thanks heaven to Vangate accpeting it. However, since Sundaty I got sms and phone calls about my so-called account despite providiong evidence and the SN number. This morning Alna informed me that my account number does not reflect on my account and thereafter she came back taht the error is on Edgar's side as Vangate was off line. Off line since 7 June?? No wonder they accepted my paynment perhaps as they would probably also have turned us back to make a payment as a result of FICA? i AM DISGUSTED AS THE WHOLE SAGA COSTS US MANY RANDS AND CONSUME VALUABLE TIME AND CAUSE MUCH FRUSTRATION.
