I am Saikiran Nalla Edgars account holder for more than 7 years now. I went to sandton city edgars for shopping and stood in Q for more than 15 mins at till points and after teller says my account is not active due to FICA details not updated. How is this possible? I haven't even received an email or phone call or sms that i must update FICA details. I was frustrated.
I have received numerous calls from EDGARS saying, they want to confirm my details, that too from private number. But no one called me for FICA details:
Please advise me if i must close my EDGARS account. As per knowledge and I think I am valuable customer to edgars. On an average since 7 years I am paying R500 every month to edgars, If you want you can go check my transaction History.
