Customer service is very important

In July 2012 Edgars decided to add a cellphone contract on my account. when i called for the 100th time in December 2012 they advised that they would send me a recording where i agree to this which i am still waiting for. in February 2013 i had enough and i closed the account and paid for this contract because i wanted edgars to leave me alone. only to find out in June 2013 Edgars never updated my ITC information. who is responsible for updating information with ITC? WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE IN FEBRUARY ALREADY? All i get from your call center is we are sorry we have done it today? had i not called when was it going to be done? i regret the day i opened an edgars account. can you pay my money back for this cellphone contract? i will be taking this further.
