I paid off and closed my edgars acc in Aug/Sep 2012. 5 months later they have not updated ITC. I have requested that this be done on numerous occasions. I was told that this request was sent through on the 10th Jan 2013. Firstly account closed in Aug 2012 and request sent through 10 Jan 2013. Secondly why was ITC not updated every month like Edgars normally do..My account WAS NOT Overdue, maybe paid couple of days late, if that... I am trying to get a home loan and this account is being picked up on my profile as outstanding... I Closed my account because of absolute pathetic customer service and now nothing has changed...
I advise all not to get and Edgars account. it will F%*# up your profile, What so hard to update ITC?
