For more than 6 months we have not received any Fochini accounts. We dont buy that much and without an account we do not know what is outstanding on the account. My wife went to Fochini Westgate several times to ask them to send accounts, but nothing has happened. Last week we received a sms that we must pay R95.00, but they cannot get to send us any accounts. I sent a complaint to head office on 5-06-02013 and have not had any reply. People only get away with what management allows. Fochini needs a wake-up.
