No reaction whatsoever!!!

My Edgars account was overpayed with plus minus R2100.00 so my account was in a credit.
I went to the Bloemfontein branch to submit a form stating that the credit should be paid back to me, also submitted a copy of my ID and a bank statement. After a month with no reply or reaction whatsoever I contact the Edgars customer help line, I was Informed that Maria Mosito was in charge of the complaint. I cant up to now get hold of Maria, no e-mail or phone reply??? Yesterday 05/06/2013 I got hold of an accounts supervisor Nompumelelo who promised me that she will escelate the issue and contact me back, yet with no avail!!!

All I want is my OWN money back!

Edgars is very quick to hand clients over if payments is 1 day late, however they owe me my money now for almost two months!!!
