This i a follow up on the Huge billing query i had with Edgars. As Edgars were no help at all, I decided to pay off the account and close it.
I managed to pay it off and close it on the 25th of May 2013. As i have been contacted several times i was promised that by the 12th of June 2013 my ITC status will be updated and reflect as paid up/closed.
Its now the 3rd of July and Edgars has not updated my ITC status to reflect as closed.
Their service and miss informing clients is really BAD I must say.
I want this Updated by Friday the 5th of July 2013.
If not then i will involve my lawyer to handle this. I thought since the account was closed then i wouldn't have to deal with Edgars ever again.
I hope this is the last time querying about the same problem
