On the 10th My wife went to Woolworths Morning Glen and bought Formula milk for infants, and we only noticed that the formula had expired when the baby started to have a running tummy and developing some skin eretation when we started checking what she was consuming that could cause the problem, only to find that the formula had expired on the 29092012 and we called Woolworths so called Head office Customer Call center but to get refered back to the Shop and then got a call from the clothing manager who was given instructions by the store manager to give me a call becuase he had to rush to a meeting, i refused to speak to her and told to her to tell the store manager to call me .he called but guess what? the Store manager who offerd us the replacement for the Formula and R200 voucher, My question is that, is My kids life worth R200? as i felt that this was insulting as i am a valued Woolworths custmer.is his meeting more important than my kids life?
