I'm very upset... How is it possible for n supplier that supply important products like baby formula is out off stock.
I tried to get hold of Lactogen Formula no 1 this weekend and where not able to get the 1.8kg. I tried Checker Hyper, Toys r Us, Baby Boom, Dischem & Clicks. The only one that had stock but only 4 Tins of the 900g was Dischem. They charged me R100.00 a Tin where as I pay R147.00 for a 1.8kg. Not one of the suppliers can confirm with me when they will receive stock and I have a 4 month old baby that needs his formula.
If I ever shaw bad service then its form Nestle... We are talking about baby food here not something that we can change just like we want to.
How are you going to solve this problem
