On the 11 July 2013 at around 18h42 I went to go buy my 10 month old son baby formula (Infacare Gold 2) at the Superspar in Sunninghill. Everything went well until I actually checked the expiry date underneath the tin (because the actual formula/powder looked very suspicious) and to my shock and surprise the expiry date was 08 June 2013. I was so livid this morning and I actually want to sue the whoever is responsible for this because now it means for the past 5 days my son has been drinking expired formula.
Somebody needs to give me answers and should my child be sick from this I will personally hold Spar and its partners liable for this negligence. I need an answer to this asap and a way forward.
