About 3 or 4 months ago I contacted Nestle regarding a piece of plastic that I had found in my babies Nan Formula, they came to collect the tin of formula and gave me a replacement of what they took, all fare and well...
BUT...
They told me that they would get back to me within 21 working days regarding the piece of plastic in the formula, I am yet to hear from them...
Because of this bad service I have since changed the brand of Formula that I am giving my little one! I would love to go back to Nan, but I am very doubtful.
