Disgusting customer service from the Manage

I started my baby on the Infare AR about a months and a half ago, and not one staff member told me it was discontinued. I found an alternative recently and when I tried to return the 2 tins of formula, the Cresta branch did not have the formula my baby is currently on in stock. I asked the cashier if she would kindly give me a voucher so I could come and buy the formula when it was in stock. She was very kind, but she went to ask the manager Sean if she could give me a voucher and he said no. So I went to his office to ask him why, as it was not my fault that they did not have in stock, he just in a very stroppy manner said no, this is when my blood started to boil, as he would not hear me out or even speak nicely to me and just walked back into his office, I proceeded to rant about how disgusting the service was, and that hello [URL Removed] would he hear about this and he shouted from his office he will happily give me the web address to do so. I then out of frustration said he was a real and he said quote "takes one to know one" I then asked for his superiors number and he happily and aggigantly gave it to me. as a customer he refused to hear me out and listen to me.
