I went to Pick n Pay to go get baby formula for my 6month old. i had given it to him 3 times in 3 days and he would scream at night and sound all clogged up when I realized it could only be the formula i went an d checked and it had expired in the beginning of January and this was at the 17th of Jan. I then went in and spoke to the assistant manger of the branch and he told me to take my son to the doctor and bring back what the doctor has to say. this was on the 20th of Jan I did that and then personally went and handed him the letter. He said he would get back to me shortly. When i tried calling pick n pay on Thurs the 23rd and Fri the 24th no one answered i then managed to get hold of the assistant manager again on Mon the 27th and he promised to follow up with me and get back to me on Monday. Which never happened. I contacted the branch manager today telling him the story and he didn't seemed to interested and said he would get the assistant manager to call me back by close of business. I am still waiting. The doctor cost me money because pick n pay needed a doctors note but they are slacking at paying it back. Also they are messing with little ones lives by stocking exp formula
