I received notification that 4 of the 7 items I ordered were out of stock. This order was placed on a Thursday and I only received notification of the stock issue on the following Monday afternoon. Considering the site said that they had stock, why did it take so long to realise there was no stock? Why, if they don't have stock of these items, are they still available on the store front?
I responded to the out of stock notice, that required me to instruct Zando how to proceed, requesting that the entire order be cancelled for the reasons above. Now, on the following Friday, I receive a package containing the 3 items that they did have stock of. I cancelled this order! On top of that it is 3 days later than their stated delivery policy!
Now I need to wait for them to pick up the 3 items (2-3 days). Wait for the items to be back in their warehouse (2-3 day). Then, wait a possible further 5 days to get MY money back!
This is the second disappointing experience I have had with Zando in as many orders! Note that I have only made two orders so this is a 100% failure rate. I am quite unhappy about this and they will be receiving any more business from me.
