We phoned the Nestle helpline (number printed on tin of NAN formula) to ask for advice. A few years ago a nurse would give you helpful information on formula amounts, problems, etc with regard to newborn babies. Not anymore! We asked for advice on the formula (NAN), and was told to go to a paeditrician. That's it. No questions, no help, no nothing. Just: "It's not our formula." Super pathetic! Gone are the days where this company really cared about its target audience.
