I received a Swarovski chain with pendant as a birthday gift a few years ago. Unfortunately 1 of the stones fell of the pendant earlier this month. I took it to the Swarovski store in Eastgate this past weekend to find out what could be done. The ladies there were extremeley helpful and friendly and assisted with such efficiency. I was in the store for less than 10 mins and left with a replacement of my chain! :-)
