Not happy

I arrived at the store with a big banner out side advertising promotion prices. I collected a pamphlet from the till and proceeded to purchase the specials I needed. When all my goods were rang up I noticed that it was the normal prices so I showed the cashier the pamphlet and she told me that the promotion was over already. I told her there are no dates on this pamphlet and what is this then still doing at the till points so she informed me they use it to rap glass in. I feel and I told the manager that if this is the case have dates on the pamphlet and keep them under the counter should you need it to rap glass items in. The manager did not apologies all he did was get some one to remove the pamphlets from the till points I feel I should have received my goods at the pamphlets prices as there was no dates on it.
