I am very disappointed in the Swarovski product that i bought my girlfriend for her birthday.
When i went to the Swarovski shop, buying a pear of crystal earrings.
I asked the manager if their products have allergic reactions and they said, there is NO-way, because the earrings is nickel free and is hypoallergenic wich means it is safe for my girlfriend to wear.
After wearing the earings for the first time, her ears was swollen and infected, and it looked like the pin that went through her ear wasn't covered with the hypoallergenic material. We went back to the waterfront and they said i can replace it with any other product. While looking around the shop, the manager suddenly changed his mind and said, they cant exchange and first have to call someone. They took my number and i called them several times and still they dont have any answers.
Pathetic service and will not buy anything from Swarovski ever again.
