A very disappointed customer who has been loyal to the brand for the past 7 years. I have purchased a swarovski crystal ring less than a year ago. It cracked and eventually a piece of the crystal broke off. I took it to be repaired and they refused to repair and maintain that i dropped and broke it myself. We have been corresponding with the CEO in Europe who refuses to repair the ring which is still under warranty. We have never asked for a refund or replacement. All i want is it to be repaired. My daughter purchased a similar ring from swarovski that has cracked in exactly in the same place. I would like to state the swarovski warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. They have lost a very loyal customer. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
