I have been to the Swarovski Sandton store twice and spoken to the staff three times over the phone, regarding getting four bracelets brought into the store from the warehouse or from another branch, so that I can purchase them. After almost two weeks of numerous promises to get back to me and to get the stock into the store, still nothing has been done. The phone also never gets answered. The staff are incompetent and act as if my business is of no interest to them.
