Not delivering as per the T&C’s

Hi

I purchased the cuff links and only received it on 23 March 2012. I am not to happy with the product as there are scratches on it and also there was no tag of authenticity as per T&C's below. Its just came in a black bag which was dirty and looked as if it was used and nothing even stating it is a Swarovski. How so we know if this is even a real crystal?
