Unfortunately I am unsure of the name of the young lady who helped us at the store in Canal Walk, but she (and Swarovski in general) must be commended on their great service. I bought my wife a bracelet from Swarovski in April 2011 and there were stones falling out. We took it in to Swarovski where we were told they would see what could be done. Less than a week later my wife got a call to say that the bracelet had been replaced with a new one, and the warranty extended by another two years. Unfortunately the bracelet isn't exactly the same, which is a little bit dissapointing as the original one is no longer made, but this is a small issue in the bigger scheme of things.
Well done to Swarovski Canal Walk and their staff!
