I visited your store last Wednesday, as I needed to exchange a gift bought for someone else.
Upon entering the store, I spoke to your consultant, Tisetso. Once I had explained to her, the reason as to why I had to exchange the gift, she immediately set out to find me something that I would not just like but love. Despite the store being quite busy at the time, she gave me her undivided attention and was warm and friendly.
I left your store with a beautiful piece and with a smile on my dial. Thank you Tisetso, for not just being a sales person. It was sincerely appreciated :)
