CONTINUOUS BAD SERVICE

1) At the end of last year I went to Customer Service at Clearwater Mall to apply for a store card. I filled the form out and handed it in at Customer Services. After not hearing anything I phoned and was told that no form was sent in and was probably lost. I then did the application online and my application was denied because my previous account (which was supposed to be closed more than a year ago) was never closed. It took over a month for me to open this account.
2) I decided 2 weeks ago that I was going to settle my account and close it once and for all. I went to Customer Services at Clearwater Mall and paid the settlement amount and told them to please close the account. I was told that someone would phone me on the Monday which never happened, in fact a week later I have still not had a call.
3) This weekend I went to Customer Services at Clearwater Mall to enquire about why my account was still not closed and I was told that I never asked for it to be closed. Secondly I wanted to settle my Woolworths Loan. It was a large amount and I put it on my credit card. The teller made the payment against my paid up Store card instead of my loan.
