Good day

Client is a resident of Diep River for the last 14 months and need family planning services. Client visited the clinic 3 weeks prior and was told for the procedure Client need NOT make an appointment. Upon arriving, around 5h55, had to wait for the doors to open at 7am. Not an issue.

Here is the issue, Why tell client not to make an appointment then on the day escort her to room 22 where there was no 1 available to assist. When someone eventually came, Client was told Client needed a folder. Why was this not communicated in the first place. It then appeared that Client was now moved to the back of the 'no appointment, no folder' section because by 10h30 they haven't even called her name despite being the first few to arrive.

Nonsense that this is the only public clinic where you can have this procedure done and you can't even make an appointment (create a folder and book) to avoid being shoved to the back of the queue.

Procedures must really the same for new patients as it is for existing patients.

I pay my taxes on time and this is the kind of treatment you get. This is not right.
