Beginning of December I applied for an account at Russel's Midrand branch. One week later I cancelled the application as I decided to make my purchase with cash. Today 18/01/2013 a guy from your branch called to find out about my application, I informed him that the application was cancelled. He then asked me if there is any vacancies at my company and was quite persistent. I cut the call on him as this was unprofessional. he then called my office line and asked to speak to H.R department and asked her (the lady that took his call) if there is representative job available for him. This is pathetic and unprofessional calling your clients employers and harassing them for a job. Is this what our personal details are used for??? Thought it was suppose to be confidential. Will definitely inform people about giving their personal details to the JD Group. They rather purchase from another store then any of the JD Groups as their jobs will be on the line. Totally disgusted that my personal informational is so easily available. So glad I did not support your'll with my purchase.
