I thought i was switching to the best no feedback

Warren FNB personal loans consultant cancelled my personal loan application after he allegedly called someone who was not me and they cancelled application. i had spoken to this guy on Tuesday went through application i accepted the approval in principal for the amount of R 22 000-00, confirmed installment and i agreed to email documents required which were sent Wednesday morning.all that needed to be done was to confirm insurance of which i had initially asked him to call me between 12 and 1 lunch time to discuss. he clearly didn't listen he called at 09:30 then sent emails as it was i miss call my phone was put away.i replied on the email and asked him to call me at tea time 09:45. i waited then sent an email around 11:45 indicating that i await his call so that my application can be finalized. only knows who he called as this morning i sent him an email for feedback and he said i cancelled application. i never spoke to him this guy spoke to a third party confirmed personal info about me to a third party this is not customer service at all. i send emails he reads them but never responds and today i get an sms for documents which he already has. this is urgent. i need feedback
