I was called this morning twice from one of your call center Representative, and she was asking me for my personal details such as ID number, bank account, address... etc
I refused to give her any details, but now you have to tell me how can you let someone asking for such a private information like that over the phone?
If its not from your call center, then this the number which was calling me 083 200 1203 and you have to them or other wise I will be switching to any other safe network.
Unprofessional at all...
