They used unprofessional means and ethics in obtaining my personal information. i recieved a call from an Outsourced company which is used by Standard Bank, confirming my personal information prior to my knowledge. When queried as to how my contact details were obtained i was told by "someone" when probed further they confirmed to calling a 3rd party in obtaining my details.
The bank account has been closed since Feb 2013, i wonder if Standard Bank divulges all clients personal information to scally 3rd party companies.
I would like feedback here, as i am no longer a client of your bank and still being harassed.
