I bought a very good second hand executive chair in December 2012 from Discount Office Depot in Salt River. I had an accident in the office and the base of the chair broke. I mailed office depot recognising that it was my problem but relying on their generosity.
I was gobsmacked by the positive and prompt response requesting that I return the chair so that they could attend to my request. I returned the chair on January 23, 2013 and that evening Manny mailed me to request that I call him the next day. The next morning, January 24, 2013 I called Manny and he informed me that the chair is ready for collection at a minimal fee of R50 for the replacement of the base.
Now this is what I call great service. Thanks Manny I will do business with you anytime.
