I visisted the branch today to enquire about my interest and the debit that didn't go through for my personal loan with the bank as I wasn't adviced that Dec they will be no payment requested.when am there with the consultant Reneilwe she called the collection department and spoke to the lady by the name Mpho who gave reference:11288469 then I asked the consultant who was helping me if I can speak to the lady on the phone frm collection and the lady told her to tell me to call from my own line so I can speak nd make arrangements with them. I found it rude! I visited the branch and I belive a branch is where I will be helped but then am told I should use my own line.who's expenses should it be? I found your branches useless if is the type of service we as clients receive.then what is the use for branches if we need to do things alone? I find the lady frm collection very rude and unprofessional telleng that I should call back on my own.the consultant at the branch helped me, she tried her best with a smile until the lady from collection department spoiled everything.am so dissapointed.
