Excellent Service

Early in January we went to Edgars in the Langeberg Mall in Mossel Bay to purchase the children's school uniforms. We bought two pair of school shoes as well, unaware that the one pair did not match.

I've contact Edgars regarding the shoes and the lady informed me just bring the shoes back. After arriving at the shop, a gentleman was standing behind the counter, watching us as we approached him. I've explained to him what happened. He said to me to collect another pair of shoes and in the mean time he will sort out the problem. He asked me for the receipt which I did not keep, because who purchase stuff and keep all the receipts all the time.

From what I understand, you can only exchange or refund something if you can provide the shop with the relevant receipt which I understand totally. without any hesitation or trouble, Mr. Khuzile Ndarana assisted me immediately. Service to me is very important and the way he helped us just shows me that he also value excellent customer service.

Edgars, it is with great pleasure that I can say that your store manager is a great asset to your company. I highly recommend him for any position in your company.
