Beares Furniture shop Polokwane 69 Landros Mare Tel: 015 295 9005 supplied me with the faulty lounge suite display from the shop and a Samsung home theatre that was display, played in the shop. I 've lodge a complaint, the manager came to my house confirmed that he will deliver a new lounge suite, until this day i am still waiting. I am worried, it is now 5 months from the day of delivery. I was convinced by the Sales person (Hilda) that the home theatre is still new and in good condition. In weeks time the three speakers had no sound. I've been to the shop for several times and I've nearly lost my job because of my absenteeism without reports. I can't go to the shop, as it is 50km from where i am working or lodge my complaint telephonic-ally as it is costly. Beares people, pretend they can't her me over the phone or know me or know my case. Mr Nkosi (Manager) don't even want to talk to me he just keep on saying "Tell Hilda (Sales person). This has became a daily burden to me.
