I'm really disappointed with Bears Furniture shop, Alexandra Branch, I bought a lounge suite for my house inMalamulele, mavambe Village, those guys took the whole 2weeks to deliver my lounge suite, guess what happened when they finally deliver them, they deliver something totally different, even less on the amount I paid for the chosen lounge suite, and I want them to go back to my home village and take their stupid lounge suite and deliver me the right products that I bought or refund me my money back.
I went to the store to query the wrong delivery, Caswell Mathosi (apperently he does not work there anymore) and funny part is that he is the same sales person that sold me the products. what the is this country coming too. i want my query resolved other wise the Bears franchise in Alex will shut down once i am done with them.
