Last year Nov my dad bought me a Ghia lounge suite at Beares. Not even 2 month's later the spring of the 3 seater couch collapsed. In beginning of Feb 2013 I phoned Beares Customer Care to report this. They only collected the lounge suite from my house on 1 June 2013 where they took the entire lounge suite. I was advised that they will be repairing the lounge suite and the week of 19 July 2013 I was advised that it will be repaired and delivered to me on the weekend of 20 - 21 July 2013. This never happened. The week after I phoned again to ask what the story is and I was advised I will be receiving a new lounge suite. Up to today, I phone the customer care 2 to 3 times a week because I hardly receive any feedback unless I follow up. I still haven't received my new lounge suite because the new story is that the supplier is out of stock... This story has been going on since 22 July 2013 - 3 weeks now! Meanwhile we are still paying for something we do not even have in our possession or can make use of! I am so sick of phoning and complaining!!! I just want my new lounge suite!!! I will be contacting the Consumer Commissioner to see if this could perhaps solve something
