To whom this may concern
I'm very unhappy with the service I received from
one of the Beares branches in Paarl. My husband and I
bought a lounge suite cash in the beginning of
January and arranged with the sales consultant,
Grace that we will pick it up on the 1st of February
when we move. Saturday morning she told me but
lounge suite is still at the warehouse in Parow
and that I have to wait till the Monday. Now they
call me and tell me they are sending a private
person to deliver it to us in Bloubergstrand and
we have to pay him R400 for the delivery. We already had to pay for all our stuff to be transported from Paarl to Bloubergstrand on Saturday. Now we have to pay again. I'm very
upset about this because this was not the arrangement we made. With this bad service I don't intend to ever buy something at any Beares shop ever again.
