Poor Service

At the time of placing the order and having to pay upfront for the goods, we were promised delivery within a weeks time. Needless to say the delivery did not take place. No phone call to apologise or to make alternative arrangements. The branch was contacted to enquire about delivery, the sales assistant promised to investigate and to call me back with a delivery date. No feedback was received and upon further enquiry we were promised delivery that Friday. Friday passed without delivery taking place. Calling the national help line for assistance we were informed that delivery will only take place this coming Friday - only 3 weeks after placing the order!!
The company's slogan is: "Dial today - sleep tonight". I could have and should have ordered from another company, especially after having read the reports from other customers. All about poor service and promises not kept! Customers please be aware!!!
