I ordered and paid for a bed on the 4th December 2012. I received no feedback regarding delivery and had to constantly call for an update on delivery. When the bed was EVENTUALLY delivered at the end of December there was a fault on all the legs (They were stuck together). The bed was left at my home and i was told that they would deliver new legs.
3 months later and after approximately 50 calls to Amanda at the Dial a bed online store, I STILL do not have the legs and have received no contact regarding the delivery of them, despite being told in every phone call i make that she needs to check on what happened and will call me back. I am appauled at the lack of service and will never use or recommend the dial a bed online store!
